The complainant should clearly identify the alleged violation of provincial regulations, or the inappropriate conduct. The complainant’s should also provide their name and contact information so that we can keep the complainant informed about the status of the complaint.
Upon the receipt of a complaint, Dominion Lending Centres Funds Corp. will review the complaint and conduct an investigation before providing a response and resolution to the complainant.
